You must be approved through The College Board. Ms. Wall must know about the accommodations prior to the ordering deadline for your exam. All requests for accommodations and complete documentation must be submitted through SSD Online by January 21, 2025. See Ms. Wall if you have questions, or need help with the documentation and approval.
AP Summer Work Supplemental Assignments
All students enrolled in Advanced Placement courses are expected to participate in supplemental work prior to the beginning of their AP course. The goal of supplemental assignments is to build your prior knowledge and provide a preview of the first unit of study for each advanced course. We believe this will better prepare you for academic growth and the overall success of our advanced coursework programs. Assignments are not meant to be punitive, but to prepare students for the rigor of advanced coursework.
Students enrolled in 1st Semester AP courses will complete supplemental assignments before returning to school in August. Students enrolled in 2nd Semester AP courses will complete supplemental assignments before courses begin in January.
For each course in which you are enrolled, click on the hyperlink to find your assignments. Students only need to complete the assignments for the classes in which they are enrolled. Please reach out to your AP teacher with any specific questions.

AP Honor School
East Jackson High School has earned the distinction of Advanced Placement (AP) Honor School by the Georgia Department of Education for the 2023-2024 school year. Specifically, EJHS earned recognition in the following four categories:
